As has been reported already the PCOS machine is running on uCLinux and the possibility that libSane scanner library was also used. These are obviously Open source and proprietary software/applications by Smartmatic could be subject to peer review if developed under Linux's development tools. This is the area of contention between the group of Manalastas and Comelec even before the election. Kay gusto sa mga Linux groups nga dunay code review amongst independent hackers (the real hackers are of course those who write real code -not the windows world meaning of hackers who break into systems).

ang only posible cheating na mahimo is changing the pcos program..ablihan ang machine ug usbon ang software.. na kung matabo man..isolated case lng..

ug reconfigure ang CF cards...na naka pre set na daan

kung may cheating man.. comelec ug smartmatic mao nabayran.. dili hackers..

Para nako murag mo too ko nga naa gyuy HUCOS PCOS nga nahitabo karon nga election tungod ako nalang basihan ang pagt re-format sa mga CF card at the last minute unya after sa pag re-format murag na mag testing and sealing kay wala nay time and then nag proposed ang COMELEC nga i destroyed dayon ang mga CF cards after ma transmit ang tanang data from all precinct meaning no chance to refer if ever mo demand ug re-counting......I can't also believed that GIBO got less votes behind Noynoy in Cebu.

Even the CF cards are destroyed, they can check the ballots manually whether it votes transmitted by the machine matches to the their counting. That is wala pa nila gsunog ang mga ballots. Hehehehehe.
