best model is psp2000 slim gawas mas advantage cya kaysa phat in terms sa internal memory, pwede sad cya ma skype. sa physical looks mas gaan ang slim. them more accessories compare sa phat almost all accessories phase out na. as an experience technician sa psp karon almost 3yrs na cgurto ang phat daghan na sakit nang gawas mostly mobo problem. so for me recommend gyud nako ang psp slim.

pero i know mo agree mo ani ang usa ka butang mo last long basta inyo lang ampingan no matter what.

go with the PSP Slim definitely..
it has brighter screen, better battery life and lighter..

bug-at ra kaau ang phat for long time gaming. mudako imo braso, kung chix ka man.

Batter Life: hmmmm PSP 2k has 1200mAh while PSP Phat 1800mAh
Durability: I have 2 PSP 2k here with the same problem Motherboard Problem (Video IC), check the cost cutting style you get less parts, less metal that why its lighter, it feels like your holding a fragile plastic.

The LCD from PSP 2k easily get broken, while PSP 1k has metal frame, and why in PSP Phat there is a 2 big bulge on the back? you can feel the grip and weight of a durable portable gaming.

On PSP Slim you lost the iR port, which is useful for homebrew application that you can use your psp as a portable remote control, it has a learning function that will learn the signal from your remote control and store it to your psp, TV, VCR, CD player, Aircon, anything that uses iR signal.

ohhhh PSP Phat doesn't have a Video Out... ohhhh come on check this out a home brew can do that like a charm.
