This is the best way to stop those communist/ rebels who forcibly asks for revolutionary taxes to our businessmens.
Moneys for their own kalokohan...reports said that NPA's estimated collection is atleast P30 M a month in Mindanao area. P20M in central Luzon.
This is a good initiative of the government to protect businessmen who are continuously harassed by the NPA rebels. Aside from the fact that their businesses are very much affected with them being forced to pay revolutionary taxes, their life is also very much at stake.
The AFP might as well give them utmost protection so as to prevent further harassment and extortion.
