-eat more fiber.. i recommend full meal sa breakfast, fruits nig lunch or light meal den nig dinner either eat camote,oats or wheats(fibrous food pra nig ugma mkalibang daun..)...
-lessen sweet food
-drink more fluids..
-work out every other day
-high protein diet
-mag mais ka instead of humay
-exercise daily (jogs or brisk walk) at least 15 mins
-most important is DISCIPLINE
