ibta imo usb/prnter device sa imo pc then
try to remove other drvers sa imo other prnter bro nya clean temp files

then remove tanan remnants sa mga printer drivers sa imo pc including sa imo hp1315

restart comp

i.connect imo hp1315 sa imo pc and power on dayn

your comp will detect the new usb/prn device nya try to select get driver(sort of) using windows update.
it works for my hp1315
