synthetc french fries in fast fuds?

ok guys..everybudy has tastd jolibe or mcdo?...hav u ever wonderd how come there so stiff?..some people say there french fries are semi-synthetc..they add in starch with the potato..it maks the potato stif n easier to fry..


fresh potatoes tend to be "luya"..f u slice ur own potato n fry it...

have you noticed..thats why they call it FASTFOOD, if they cook it the way your granma cooks, it would take years, maybe eons to cook..

It doesnt make any sense if they add STARCH to POTATOES to make it stiffer bai .. POTATO itself is compose of STARCH . Real potatoes , processed potatoes etc when fried are all crispy when golden browned but tends to become sloppy when it is cooling off .

point being there nt normal fries...

nt literaly the powder starch...wen they mak the fries they put in starch..i tink..coz u cant xplain the weird taste (as compared to real POTATOES)..

mao diay ang new work fries ug ang fries sa jollibee and macdo lahi ug taste... but then again stiff mag sad ang new york fries.... but mas lami nuona ang new york fries kay ma lasa nimu ang potato.
