nope but will definitely be there. im curious what PSCA, ICAAC, MOST and the other culinary school will do. hope they wont screw up.

as for the professional division my bet is shangrila for the market basket. and waterfront for the carving and cake.

i forgot, i believe the dark horse would be imperial. the chefs there are a combination of old staffs of waterfront, hilton, shangrila, marriot. it's a matter of revenge hehehe.

@ PEENUT ... wishful thinking ra na boss , natay-an na ni akong kamot . Akong auntie na celebrity chef sa Switzerland would probably join if naa siya diri sa Cebu . She really invested in learning how to cook kay medyo latebloomer siya but she is successful in her own little way kay naka establish na man siya catering services catering the rich but not famous people in her place in a span of less than 5 years .

@ TONIOYANTAO ... I think so . When she was here in Cebu and ga demo mi sa USC HOME TECH DEPT , amo gigamit is PAPAYA na elongated ang design and balbangaan pa . Sa pic , looks like a zucchini or cucumber to me .

I'm a bit perplexed about the professional category. All we want is to witness. And besides, this is our first time to participate.
