ako bisag asa nila, kinsay barato ug yuta nga ibaligya diha sa mandaue city proper or talisay. However the closer you live in air and water port is likely better which I believe the place in Mandaue....So priority cebu gyud, Mandaue and then talisay. But we have house and lot in talisay for sale, pooc talisay few meter to the sea....

I really want to move to Mandaue. There are more things available there plus duol ra kaayo sa Cebu City.
