yep junmar is right bro..check with your system if your audio driver is installed prior to formatting kay basin wla lang na ma.install pero if it is installed try using another headset and plug it in to the same port where you plug in the headset kung ok ba, kung naa gani tingog basin imong headset naa problema or it really depends on the issue..^_^..

try to check sa imo control panel unsa na audio card naa nmo bro or try to check sa dxdiag if unsa mga default drivers installed.

btw unsa imo OS and imo System? Desktop, laptop or nettop??

i'm really sorry but i really don't have any idea with audio stuffs sa comp.. i'm using a desktop comp... and windows 7..

bro 1st thing to do is check what mobo brand and model you have... kun nahibaloan na nmo, go to the manufacturers website's support and download center and find the audio driver for that mobo and the OS that you are using right now ( win 7 ).....
