but going back to the topic, things like what you mentioned can be investigated but it would not hold any water against a questionable Chief Justice. I just want that the appointment or the Chief Justice himself be as clean as possible.

True ka bro, Enrile has a point.
But I think most of what we are saying is, she could have appointed a "Better" chief justice.
This is just my opinion since wala ko kaila nila personally but as per my research, na a pa mas better... better for us Filipinos(including you if you pay taxes and live here in the Philippines), not for PGMA's personal ambitions.
