Curious lang ko ba, unsa d i dapat ang tubag sa Manager on situations like that? Basin pa d i ma-manager ko puhon then maka-encounter ko ug ing-ana. hehehe... What would've been the best statement to mollify an angry customer? Surely it's not the manager's fault that their elevator failed. But what would appease an angry customer after hearing "sorry" from a manager who can't turn back time?
