What Noynoy has is a clean record, incredible legacy to live up which other candidates doesn't have.

A president being sworn in by a Barangay Captain is symbolic of a ruler looking his/her subordinate straight in the eyes and promising that he/she will lead with the common people, NOT THE RICH, in his/her mind.

Look at GMA, sworn in by a CJ but she ruled without moral standard. She ruled with her bank account, NOT THE COMMON PEOPLE, in mind.

    CHEERS!

Though I have to say G1BO should have won and lead this country for a "better" change, but that's not gonna happen in the next 6 years anymore. All we Filipinos should have now is to POSITIVELY look forward, contribute to the common goal of improving this nation and see how it goes from there.

Let's not all preempt everything that might possibly happen especially any probable failure of the new administration because its already tiring to see these scenarios happening in the country.

To me, how the general public thinks, like being fickle and all that adds up to the down fall of this nation. We're really good at being "REACTIVE", and just criticize without taking action. I guest it would be better if we'll all start to become "PROACTIVE" and own up to our individual national responsibilities.

Like someone has quoted, "The Philippines will never cease to be a third world country unless the Filipinos never will stop thinking like one." True enough. It's our mentality that drags us down. Bisan kinsa panay presidente diha, if the filipino mentality will never change wala ra gihapoy mahitabo nato.

pati track records ni noynoy clean pud zero lol. ninoy made more laws than noynoy. did noynoy lived up to his father's legacy? naa man pud legacy ang uban like Gibo's father virtually created SSS he and Gibo had untainted reputation.

its traditional to be sworn in by CJ or at least to a judge even sa US they are doing this since the 1700s. it has nothing to do on not living up to the welfare of the people. gi twist na pud ni noynoy kay he is force to eat up his words. tsk tsk pa symbolic pa you dinha ask yourself did he look after the welfare of the poor luisita workers in his lifetime? 9pesos salary a day working only once a week.

anyone who will be proclaimed president has to make sure that he will obey the Constitution.

as quoted by a lawyer "we should remember that it’s an impeachable offense to disobey the Constitution. So, we don’t think any incoming president would wish to be in that trouble"

You know what majority of the people doesn't care about how many laws pass anymore they want a clean untainted one. Gibo is tainted if you remember the maguindanao massacre he already warn mangandadatu something bad will happen if he run against the ampatuan he was the chairman of lakas that time but what happen with his leadership he could have stop that from happening coz both mangandadatu and ampatuan are from lakas and you expect him to win?
If you want track record and accomplishment Gloria has it for running the country then what happen she use it for her own sake.

can you backed up your claims please...

you calll noynoy clean ? luisita palang tainted na YouTube - Noynoy Aquino: Walang Bahid?

    ----

When Toto Mangudadatu said during his testimony at the Ampatuan trial on January 27, 2010 that Sec. Teodoro warned him about the Ampatuans, some media outlets reported that Mangudadatu was blaming Sec. Teodoro.

Mangudadatu explained that what Sec. Teodoro told him was an expression of concern from a friend who wanted to protect him ("pagmamahal ng isang kaibigan" were Mangudadatu's exact words), and he was not blaming Sec. Teodoro. Mangudadatu issued this clarification, but the biased press did not carry it:
