Hi I'm looking for an apartment or room with own CR for my girlfriend. Preferably near IT park or 1 short ride. Budget is 3000-3500 depende if worth sa price. Most interested if ladies only. She has few appliances, so we can just discuss about the bills if it's metered..

Might to transfer this coming june..

Hi! the studio rooms are around 20-30 sq. mtrs but im not sure ha. i suggest u see the place to appreciate it. the terms is 2 months deposti and 1 month advance. Minimum of one year contract. For further inquiries, pls call 255-1188.
