I am opening a new salon and was wondering what to pay stylists/beauticians/manicurists.

Salary? commission? or both?

How much do they pay at places like salon de rose?

yes, i agree. When the business is doing well, everyone is doing well. mas motivated sad and employees to do well and take care of the customers.

Is this how salons in Cebu work?

ang dagko nga salon dri kai monthly pero kining mga gagmay kai commission 40percent sa mga beautician 60percent sa tag-iya pero ug imo baya huna-hunaon ug tarong mas ok pa ang commission kai wat if hinay halin ang parlor alkansi ang tag-iya hayahay ang mga byutician maau jud na nga patas mo kai dli baya sa tanang panahon daghan customer ang parlor. i agree jud! we are also planning to put up a salon here in leyte but still we dont know where to start. How can we hire beauticians and everything.. HELP!

If commission based, walay benefits sila? SSS, Pag-Ibig og Philhealth.

It would be best if you treat your employees right give them what is due to them and mandated by law... love your employees and they will love you back.
