Suggestion? regarding my dog giving birth.

guys and gals i need your suggestions and opinions regarding akong dobie giving birth, 1st time pa ni niya, what my prob is di siya pahikap/patabang sa iyang pups. di man ani amu dobie fem sauna, 1st time jud mi naka encounter ani. mu tabang ka ug position niya para mka totoy better iya pups mu growl man nuon, mura overprotective siya. nya the way siya mu higda is 1 side lng so ang iya nipples na ma expose is 1 side ra ang uabn pups di ka totoy. unsaun kaha ko ni?

gud eve.not all dogs are the same in temperament,there are some females that are overprotective of their litters even guarding it against their owners (which i hope has properly established its "pack leader" status to the dog before it gave birth or even whilst it is still but a puppy),which is a normal behavior of canids if it felt uncomfortable or felt threatened.
i have a similar case with a frend with which she remedied by giving the dam its space but just on the lookout for any would be accidents such as wa pa matang tangi ug amniotic sac,mapiit ang pups,matumban,etc.just be quick in addressing the problem but at the same time be calm so as not to startle the dam & dont intervene too much.as long as ok ra ang pups let the dam do her work her mothering instinct will take care of it (which i hope ur dobe does have).gud luck

thanks yup but as of karon ni lie low na iya pagka aggressive pero di pajud kau, but atleast naay progress, also atleast mapa totoy nya iyang pups but little by little lng hehe.

ayaw diritsoha ug kuha ang pupy bro kanang murag mananghed saka sa inahan ba ayaw kuhaa nga wala siya kita kay samot dili dyodna trust nimu dapat makuha nimu ang trust niya..ipakita sad sa imu dog nga ikaw ang pack lider kay ang pag growl usa na ka sign nga wala siya nag respect nimu..sa ako langni limited nga knowledge ha anybody nga mas nakabalo ani share sadmo...kay lisod bya ni nga problima..maunay nyaka sa imu iro.

yup before ko mu duol jud mu cge man ko call iya name till mu wag iyang tail nya after mu tilap2 daun siya ako kamot, okay naman , thanks peeps! na kuyawan rajud toh pag una kay amu mga helpers gi tapukan siya na shock cguro toh siya hehe

That's understandable kay first time pa man niya nga panganak. Just be gentle with her; gradually, maka adjust ra na siya.

grats bro sa imong mga bago na pupz. hope healthy lang cla permi. nice inyong mga advice mga bro. gain her trust and ayaw pakompyansaha imong mga helper kay ang ubang dog mo-ila ra baya na sa ilang master. basin mapaakan unya imong helper. hehehe..be gentle and patience lang. grats again.
