mao ni paets sa mga iphone 3gs nga dli globe unit. once ma sipyat ug update sa itunes to a new firmware version ma relocked dn wla pay unlocked software available... kung ang globe unit g' unlocked dn ma update ma relocked japun dn once insert'an nimo ug globe sim and connect it to itunes mo signal ra man.

i think you can't use local sim after activated (coz your iphone is not open line)
You should wait unlock tool like black rain.....
