Drivers are required to have a license before they can drive legally...lets do the same for voters. Let there be a board exam para ma screen and discernment abilities, intelligence, and vote buyer proof nga electorate....just a suggestion

Syaro sa kadaku sa income tax nga makolekta sa mga salaried employees modaghan na ang atong mga bright, mosaka na ang sweldo, mosaka pud ang income tax, modaghan ang libre nga eskwelahan.
