Why not two Vice Presidents - Binay for Luzon and Roxas for the rest of the country?

let noynoy be the one president for the country lang. at least a vp for visayas + mindanao can focus on us better...so goes for vp for luzon. otherwise, progress will be mostly up north just like the present system.

You've got a point there,
In the other facet, I think having two stong willed personalities embodying two large regions of the country would promote anarchy and a devision amongst us. It's better to let the national interest be at the top of the agenda, a process of strengthening the peace and order situation is still in progress at the south side of the country, if fully implemented and consumated I think progress will come not far behind.

Nindot ni nga solution, especially putting Erap for Mindanao. Who knows basin each will be able to do well with their respective regions? Mao na dapat nalang jud ni i-Federal akong government system. Luzon will be one state, Visayas another, and Mindanao the third and each one will be Governor. But then kailangan pa'g charter change para ani. hehehe.

and all governors directly under the VC

and we let them vote 8 senator for luzon

and we vote 8 senators for visayas ( who are PURE BREED Visayan )

and we let mindanao vote their pure breed batman ( batang minadanao ) senators.

and that will be called a fair and balance share of power and burden..


and not the usual ..luzon had the power..visayan and mindanao always had the burden
