Does it make you a programmer if you know how to create an HTML website? Does it make you a programmer if you know how to program like towers of hanoi? What can of language does he use if his field is not belong to an IT field and he becomes a programmer?hehehe daghan bya mga non-IT grad..nga mga programmers & adminsitrators...
Unsa man nga company ga hire ug Network Administrator without passing the so called CCNA. Please enlighten me.
