PCCI Paper Processing? I tell you, you can do it on your own!

Salamat kaayo ani nga Thread. I have a question though.

The PCCI certificate that I have bears the name of It's original Owner from Manila and not from the person that I got it from who is from Talisay, Is this going to be a Problem with me processing the change of ownership?

no problem regarding that.. as long as the manila owner had affixed his signature on the space provided for it.

also, as long as no date provided in it. coz if there is, theres a big chance the 90day period have already lapsed. if thats the case, you can still transfer the ownership but will be paying additional for the penalties.

And here's a newbie question: Unsa ang benefit and soul purpose sa papers ani sir?! Adto ko sa ila website pero libog man kow.... Pa register ra nako at least naa sad papel ba..hehehe

guys d najud pwede nga mag process ko papers starting from my puppy now? Since wala papers iyang dam/sire nga ako napalitan. Nahan ta ko iregister xa sugod jud niya.
