    i think as long as you get at least 6 hours of good sleep...
    not sure though...
    (need to check into that further)

    4-5 hours nlng akong tulog lately dah.. tsugi ko ani TS ^_^

    if you missed the sleep the regeneration of cells doesn't happen and as a result your hormones begins to fall off... plus eating wrong kind of food, drinks alcohol, smokes a lot and pollutions everywhere (air, water)...we are putting unbelievable burden in our body .... haaaaay!
