Bayani Fernando definitely for me. Ambot naa ba kaha makapareha iya nabuhat even Binay is far behind. its called political will, lisud na.It needs carefull balancing. you will be facing a re-election after 3 years, unya imo kontra duha na, ang imo lig-on nga gipillde ug ang mga botante. If Mike Rama has that quality, even half, daug na. Beautification na lang ko, tanom ko mais unya hatag health card nga way klaro, safe pa.

I respect your opinion, but you're going to have to cough up the facts to give us a clear analogy between Bayani and Marcos if we're to believe you.

I also wonder what exactly is your definition of political will. Political will does not necessarily equate to a use of physical force (as your post is implying. words used: "payton," "prisohon" etc.). In fact, political will is a positive attribute.

The way I see things, leaders cannot achieve anything without political will. Ergo, Binay himself has political will. Why hold such thing against Bayani?
