i think if up until tomorrow afternoon, comelec can't complete the distribution of the cf cards, at least a higher percentage, all over the country, they should decide whether to push or postpone the elections on monday!

a cf card is not like harddrive & u probably know this already. it doesn't have moving parts. you need to hit it hard with a hammer to destroy it. it's passive. you can probably submerge it in water & as long as you dry it quickly enough it'll probably still work.

when the cf cards arrives and place inside the pcos machine the whole system is tested and then sealed.
