Canon 550D or 7D for a newbie DSLR user?

To all: Thanks for your insights.. Im definitely sure that the Canon 7D is the winner.. My concern is the security/safety pud, i always want to bring my camera anywhere i go and it would seem that the 7D is pretty much expensive to bring around all the time..
Safe rba diri cebu? cuz if something happens like hold-ap2x, i believe expensive ra kaayo diba guys? ga-commute2x ra bya ko paingon sa work and anywhere else.. mao pud na im thinking of having the 550D also..

ok ra man cguro e camouflage lang imo camera bag if mag jeep ka.. sako bag i sulod imo camera hehe bitaw kidding aside ingat lang jed bai.. lisod na... If shoot sad shoot with buddy or mas maau grupo or naa mo body guard heheh

also ingon man sila sa snatch dli man dayon ma halin ang dslr so dli kaau interesan..sa tulis lang kay hurot tanan man gud..

go for 7d... bawt sa safety, if doubtful ka sa area, better mag taxi na lng ka. hehe.. ^^ palit og bag, ako buhatn sa.. kay sulod nko ako camera sa camera bag, then sulod nasd nko ang bag sa akong pang skwla na bag if ever mo ad2 ko og colon nya gabii na. pero usually kung gabii na dyud ko uli nya mag dala2 ko og camera kay mag taxi na lng dyud ko. pra safe dyud... enjoy nya sa imu paliton na 7d

if you want to dig deep with photography i suggest you go with 7d.

if you are just the casual shooter ... the 550d will do.

+1 for the 7D coz its weather proof.. you can shot outdoor all the time...

though mini 7D ang 550D..pro sooner or later mag upgrade ra ghapon ka..invest na lang sa nice gadgets..+1 for 7D..

i'd suggest go for the 550D first and get those high-quality lenses.
