@RheaAbz: yup...1 thing that made me not leave the company is the environment...it's unlike any other call centers...people that came from other CCs might like it here...it's good but far from perfect...would've transfered but work is more than the pay you get LOL

Agree to do this, i was with Etelecare ( now Stream ) for 5 years + then ni transfer ko sa usa ka captive financial center... balik ko stream ui... it's not all about the money... it doesnt sustain for the long term... sugod na ko stream balik on monday

Sa mga naa na sa stream, think twice before leaving... you might have ur angst right now about Stream but then again each company has it's flaws, u don't know unsa pud ang flaws sa uban companies.

i rowed my boat roughly out of stream and now enjoying my stay on my current company..
i do agree, the culture is very nice...
