My requirement in voting is far beyond looking into the track record because history tells this isn't effective.
mas mo vote pa gani ko ni Gordon or brother Eddie but if i'd vote for one of them villar might win which is the worst, noynoy is the much better option after all "LOVING a COUNTRY" isn't measured by the number of bills you passed. How can you say that looking into track records is not effective? Dili ba pasabot sa track record is unsai naagi sa kandidato? In other words, the candidate has DONE these things and therefore already proven.
