i received a demand letter from Globe about paying my due balance. how will i pay if i dont have the service anymore. this started when i got their service way back 2009 i guess july or june. from the first day of the service, i also started calling their CS (customer service hotline) because i was having problem, intermittent connection, no connection at all or very slow connectivity. that first day also started my headache about their service because the issues and problems were not fixed not given attention to. i had homebase job and that was the reason why i got the service. i lost my homebase job because my ISP cant do their job. VERY DISAPPOINTED, i dump globe, did not pay the bills and then they cut it off. after 7 or more months, i started receiving this demand letter about paying 40k to them. first of all, they were not able to provide a good service or even providing me what i have been paying for, i did not feel any support from their customer service, i have been lied to, ignored and being promised to...and waited for nothing. i lost my job because of them and now they are asking me to pay them? if they are gonna sue me, i will sue them in court as well for the inconvenience and the reason why i lost my homebase job. NOW, guys, if you want ISP satisfaction, im very much happy with what i have right now. im not gonna tell what i have coz i might sound advertising them but what i have right now is a 100% NOT GLOBE! will i get in touch with them or not?

Check your finances usa, if tanaw nimo dili gyud siya need nimo or mabuhi raka wala siya then, have it disconnected.
There is no need for the additional headache just to keep up with the joneses.
