first check if you have built in ports for your hurricane, if it has sockets named lan1,lan2,etc. then you can connect the router directly to more than one computer, however if you only have one socket you'll have to get either a switch or hub to distribute the broadband. The cheapest one is around 800 pesos so not really a problem.

    router setup tips:

Tip 1: turn on the DHCP function of your router para matagaan ug individual ip ang each computer, also prevents the hassle of setting up each individual computer network settings just point to the router ip to get ip address, primary & secondary dns. Just point the gateway setting to your router's ip address.

Tip 2: if you plan to use these types of applications i.e. yahoo, msn, messenger, file sharing software like kazaa, shareaza, azureus... etc, please use port forwarding of your router to allow this applications to function properly.

Thanks bro.. I still don't have a router. But i'm planning to buy one of those 4-port routers..

So, do I just connect the dsl modem to the router? Then ang computer's pud sa router?

About pud sa port forwarding, sa unsa man nga IP ipang forward? Wala man gud ko idea aning mga network thingy..

the hurricane is already a modem/router so both functions in one package na siya, it will only vary kung naay built-in switch na or single socket ra. so all you have to do is connect the computers directly to the router, if for example na hutdan na ka ug switch ports you can connect the router to another switch/hub to increase the available ports, ex. 4 port router/modem----->16 port switch------>multiple computers

Ay, naa pay last.. Ang H9200 kay naa isa ka RJ45 na port then naa pud isa ka USB. Pwede ba ang RJ45 ako connect sa isa ka PC then ang USB padung sa isa? Ako gi check sa manual wala man naka butang. ang naka indicate ra is pwede either sa duha gamiton.. either ra cguro sa but not both at the same time?

yes that port is either or, so it must be either rj45 or usb to the computer.
