it depends on what type of games you like.

most of the games for wii are aimed for casual gamers.

as for the PS3, most of the games are for hardcore/mature gamers.

but if your looking for High Definition gaming, its best to choose the PS3 but then again, its up to you what type of games your looking for.

if you like mario bros get a wii.... or tetris get a wii... there are lot of the kind of genre there...

if you like resident evil, metal gear or first person adult stuff, get a ps3 or xbox.
