its like a virus on a computer, they will spread all over you if it is already there for a long time.
so get an antivirus, which will forgive him. and as you can see the traces of the virus are still there, some of it are really hard to remove; in our case "forget". so you need more time to spend reformating your computer. Time will heal everything, time will make you forget him.

virus is a reli tragic word...
if u get an antivirus it only means ur forseeing that somthing wrong myt happen in the future.
u get to be careful and prepared,
u act like a soldier with a weapon at ur hand...

kung nakabaw naman lang diay ka unsay mahitabo then wala nalay pulus na makigrelasyon ka,
if u always have a plan in mind then u wont be able to live freely,
i know it's hard to understand but iv been living my life with plans and it doesn't really make me happy

as i said earlier, antivirus is not 100% effective. still need to reformat wich need's more "TIME".
were just humans, even if ready gyapon ta unsai mo abot, still we cant have control over it.

(im sure nga medyo na byaan na nimo na sila tungod sa imong past relationship). most importantly, pray for guidance. it will all work out fine ^_^
