I hope this is not taken as a personal comment against Shomar because i dont know him. My comment is based on my analysis on the chronological series of events.

I think if he is not answering calls, its a sign that he is not willing to settle. There is no reason to keep quiet after receiving numerous calls from anyone. If his mobile is ringing, then it is recorded on his mobile that he missed calls. If you missed a couple, logical thing is to text and ask why regardless of how busy you are.

If it were an honest mistake, he will be the one chasing the buyer to let him know there was a mistake and will fix it immediately.

Butitoy, I look up to you for giving him the chance it but it doesnt look good. You seem like a nice guy, i feel sorry for you and your customer.

i have had experience with him. he is not busy. i went to his office ( a gov't branch), i was informed by his superior that a lot of people are complaining about him and that the office has to intervene because he has really brought the name of the government office in a bad light. tsssk.... tsssk.... i trusted him coz he works for the government.

but it is such a waste of trust. i am a lawyer by profession, how i wish that he will be put in jail for defrauding a lot of people.

It's very hard to build a reputation jud, it's easy to stain it. It's very easy, if the product is not what's meant for the customer then return his money. I don't jump into conclusion, better wait for shomar's side. Up for this thread and for my friend Butitoy.
