Kinda a little familiar with government sector...if he's connected with DTI, then theres no reason that he should be busy this coming election season. DTI belongs to the national sector and not the local sector, government employees in national sector are prohibited to join such activities like election...they will be charge with electioneering. hehe, DTI is kinda associated with business sector, so i think theres no reason that he should be busy, gawas na lang og gusto cya ma file-an og case. Better act now mga broes....dont be deceived...Depende though og asa na national government sector cya, pro ang DTI mra wala na sila labot sa election.

why not check with DTI first if he's still connected with them? if yes, then you can ask for his schedule for you to be able to meet him at DTI. siyaro ug makadagan pa... kadto naa reklamo pud aning tawhana, dungan na lang mo tanan ug adto... asap na... ayaw paabta ug next week...go G1BO este lihok na!

I hope this is not taken as a personal comment against Shomar because i dont know him. My comment is based on my analysis on the chronological series of events.

I think if he is not answering calls, its a sign that he is not willing to settle. There is no reason to keep quiet after receiving numerous calls from anyone. If his mobile is ringing, then it is recorded on his mobile that he missed calls. If you missed a couple, logical thing is to text and ask why regardless of how busy you are.

If it were an honest mistake, he will be the one chasing the buyer to let him know there was a mistake and will fix it immediately.

Butitoy, I look up to you for giving him the chance it but it doesnt look good. You seem like a nice guy, i feel sorry for you and your customer.
