i use tampons if go for a swim while sanitary pad for ordinary days...

tampax ang brand sis... blue ang box. nkalimot ko pila. sa ayala (grocery) nako napalit...

wla pko ka-use ug tampons.. i've been meaning to try, but naabtan man kog amenorrhea x 9months.. hahaha.. so for now, i'd say sanitary pads..

so far sanitary pads pa man ako nasuwayan og gamit. hehe. maka affect ba na sa hymen ang tampons? sorry wala jud ku kibaw ai.. hehe
