Bro kato ni pm ko ni jhnpl, nag ask ko niya unsaon pag hibaw sa date code.
I was able to check & in came out the date code is UW0917 which means it was manufactured

Regarding sa unit, i think this was bought locally, dili lang ko sure kay gibaligya rani sa akoa.
