We'll just have to see if Pacquiao will indeed lose. After all, he's running in Sarangani, which is different from General Santos City. I guess this time manny will made it - he will win as the congressman in saranggani!!! although chiongbian is a tough man to beat but he is not indespensable and he is not an incumbent. Evenif manny is not that qualified but judging the mind of the person there - money for manny!! Mura daog jud si manny coz he has the money.
