@kingflakes: ok pud na imong suggestion pero do you know about SEO? Do you think your site will have a good page rank? Because if I will pay you para I can put my banner or anything on your site, I want to have a good return of my investment. Naa ka na website? Can I see it para I can check the traffic? How much man pud imo ipabayad?

At least in my proposal, your task is to provide the content and everything else will be from my effort. You can put your banners as well, as I mentioned before. Mga google ads or whatever will be yours. I was looking for "serious" bloggers kay basin maayo lang pud sa sugod then biyaan ang site then wala na update2x.

This is actually a win-win situation for both sides kay if you have some other websites, you can put backlinks to some of your other sites. This is also a good venue for people nga wala pa website and gusto i-showcase ilang talent. If you have payperpost account, pwede nimo i-add ang new website nimo para you can get more clients. Mas maayo man gud nga daghan kag site if you are really into "blogging business".

There are serious bloggers pero dont know much about SEO so dili gihapon mo increase ang traffic sa site. If I will be the one to provide the domain name and hosting and I will put my banner there, I will see to it nga well maintained ang site and maayo ang ranking. Dili pwede nga biyaan nako kay ang success sa site does not only rely on the content but also ang effort to advertise it.
