karun kay in ani na ang process duh. actually tom najud ako orientation. sa taas2x na pnahon sa paghuwat after sa final interview.hehe

INITIAL INTERVIEW (remember panel xa, then by 5 applicants in one interviewer)
if pasar ka initial direct ka E test. kung okey raka modala ug english but di lang jud enough nga na convince nmo ang interviewr i agi paka ug 5 days communication training the same naq.heheh. d man gd ko maayo. but in our time it was not totally 5 days coz in our first day wala man gd tunga ang amo trainor. unya holiday pajud pag april 9, mao tue-wed rajud amu training which was good for 4 hours per day. At that time thursday was our judgment day, that was the day we have our etest,verbal exam, and final interview. reminder , if hagbong sa etest d ka proceed sa verbal. same rapd sa verbal if hagbong di ghpon proceed sa final interview. for me verbal jud ang kuyaw gamay. etest okey rajud au. ang final inteview ok ra au coz its more on testing your personality. after passing the final interview kay pabalikon mo 2 weeks after for the orientation, at that time pd kay tagaan mo sa lists of requirements.

noh?! naa pajud d.i ng 5days verbal training kung bati ka muenglish before 17days actual training?! kami kai lahi lgeh.... mao ni ang steps nga ako naagian....

>initial interview.... gigrupo mi into 5members each... nya gtagsa2 interview ang 5 persons... kasagaran questions kai tell me about yourself, y u choose qualfon, y are u better than the other applicants, wat are ur skills and abilities... nya after ana kai kamong 5 kai tawagon mo tagsa2 kai pabasahon og story nga mura xag tongue twister... itest guro inyong pronounciation, diction, etc... after ana kai its either you pass or deretso mo groundfloor, kuhaon in.u id and uli namo... hehehe

>e-test.... magtest mo atubangan sa pc, multiple choice... mura xag situational.. i think this is to test ur analyzation, hearing, problem solving skills....after kai i.announce daun kung pasar ka or dli...

>verbal test... first kai mgpractice mo ana for a couple of minutes together with an HR i think or lecturer ratoh cla... bsta naai mulead nin.u... itest ni dnhi inyong intonation, pronounciation, etc... warning d.i... ang phone ang mudetermine kung pasar ba mo or dli so adjust ur voice in a moderate volume, not too loud, not too soft... bsta dghan2 ni xah nga test... like pabasahon mo og phrase... iarrange ang gdisarrange nga group of words immediately, etc... computer/phone jud ang mudetermine kung pasar mo o dli...

>final interview.... mura ramog gchika sa interviewer... kasagaran questions kai about sa in.u resume... how can u handle stress... y u choose qualfon... y shud we hire u... y shud we not hire u... (naai usa ka interviewer kuno dha nga babae nga curly ang hair i think... grabe kuno au mhagbong jud xah bhalag final interview nka, mura kag nangapply kuno og convergys nga wai duha2 itaktak jud ka..) pro ang uban superfriendly... hehehe preho sa nag.interview nko... bsta chubby nga gurl... nya ipangsulti sa interviewer in.u weakness og unsai dapat iimprove during training...

.... after ana kai schedule naah for 15days training.... hehehe GOdbless sa mga applicants....

by the way, ghold/close na daw ang part time sa qualfon?!.. too bad, wla kaabot ako mga classmates...

attention sa mga may 1 g sched ang orientation.....i just got a text from qualfon na move daw today 1pm ang orientation......not sure if tanan ang g move but ask na lang nya to be sure
