i couldnt agree more with Pablo..Gwen is the best in corruption and making Cebuanos believe that she has done so many things when in fact she just squandered Cebu's money. Point and case : CICC, BALILI lot , etc. to name a few..I hope she'd lose this time and let s move to make a better Cebu!!!
