i really believe nurturing the baby inside the womb emotionally by both parents and with complete nutrition will determine the baby's well being. like my baby, she really excels bisan sa iyang age.

perhaps the reason for TS to say that is that kung intercourse lng nya magbunga, everyone involved (boy, girl, offspring) would be stressed and would give too much burden on the fetus/baby, as what @babygin2005 pointed out

having a stressful pregnancy will definitely contribute to the behavior and well-being of the offspring, pero kung tarong sd ang pag.atiman sa bata i dont think that will give too much burden sa family/everyone involved

there is a difference between making love or just having coitus for pleasure's sake. both could result in reproduction.

well in a medical point of view, it's just fertilization of the ovum..it's a different story if it was done out of lust or love... but you're right, it's something bigger than that..given that this union would create a new life...

pero back to your topic, what matters man gud kay how the mother and father reacts to the pregnancy, how they took care of the baby after they knew that the girl is pregnant (so dba they'll prolly know after a month pa...), how they connect with the child (if panggaon pa nila ug maau, if they talk to the fetus while still in the womb), how they nourish the child, and the parents' own disposition in life na makit-an sa bata inig-dako..

depende lang ni sa pag pagpadaku sa iya mama or papa. even if single mom or dad ka for as long as kbaw ka mopadako sa imu anak i guess magmalipayon and modako jud ang imong anak nga tarong.
