well before after sa among orientation the next day mag.training na for programming
after 5days training sa programming..then after sa programming technical training na dn mo then
mo.take nmo ug calls anah...kamo na ang gi.tawag na nesting agents...
17 days ra ang training...
just a reminder: if you want to get this job then ayaw mo.pabadlong sa training then ayaw mo.absent ky ara jd na nila i.base kung dapat ba ka na mahimong agent sa Q...

PROGRAMING...is the first phase of the training...
since we cater cellphones...the first step is to program the phone and thats totally easy...
activating the phone, redemption and deactivating the phone..
the next step of the training is TECHNICAL which is soooo easy...
if the phone will not turn on, if the screen is blank etc...
this is so easy guys...
coz all you have to do is just to follow the flow plus you have a script in the computer so you don't need to worry all those...okie??!! nyahaha

GUYS!!! d mo mabalaka sa training...pwerting sayona...as in!!!!!
ang inyo makat-onan sa training layo ra na sa actual na jud...labina kung bag-o pa kay d pa familiarize ang tools,,pero kadugayan...123 nlng ka sayon...gi train nko for tier 2 ST last march...mi absent ko kay d ko nahan then i have no plans for regularization....
