from cebu to surigao, boat fare is less than 1,000 lang, surigao to siargao, by pumpboat, P200 only, then motorcycle from dapa, (port of siargao) one day pakyaw, P800 (habal 2x) i can give you a contact number for the habal2x driver, pwede pud mag vhire padung sa GL (General Luna) pero dili makasulod sa Cloud 9, where surfing event was held....

you can stay at GENERAL LUNA TRAVELLER'S PENSION HOUSE owned by Mrs Camila Camingue, she is from Dumanjug, Cebu.. super accommodating kaayo ug buotan.... nice kaayo ang place nila, naay free billards, then fine white sand iyang beach... approx. 1 kilometer from cloud 9, the surfing venue of siargao island

been to siargao last week. you would not enjoy siargao cloud9 this summer since the break is only up to 2-3ft. the habal habal fare from gl to siargao (15-20mins) costs P200. they say mahal ang accomodation.

you may however enjoy the neighboring islets(dako,guyam and naked). beige sands,clear waters.super enjoy!!.just lookup the boat pakyaw above to visit the islets

suggest you go to sohoton instead(part of bucas grande grp of islands). you will see magkukuob, the beautiful sohoton lagoon(its kinda similar to el nido lagoons), mangrove forest, and the cave where upon looking out from the inside,the opening looks fluorescent.. the trip sohoton-siargao with food and accom cost us P3500 + 1500 boat fare vv. il post the number when i get it from my ofcmate.
