As an economist, I have been rigorously studying the differential impacts of the varying potential outcomes of the 2010 national elections. I have come to the preliminary conclusion that a new mandate under an Aquino presidency would have the highest statistical probability of triggering a significant increase in the investment rate from the current 15% while the domestic savings available to fund it stands at 30%. The public sector can only do so up to 4% of GDP.. I estimate that an Aquino presidency would increase it instantly by 8% of GDP or almost P642bn incremental private investments in the first eighteen months. This would create an additional 642,000 jobs on top of the organic capacity of the economy for jobs creation.

    ~ Gov. Joey Salceda

To those who don't know who Gov. Joey Salceda is, he is Arroyo's Chief Economist and was principally responsible for the economic growth during PGMAs 9 years in office.
Gov. Salceda is also the president of the Governors' League ...(entire Philippines)

Mao. Unya responsible for economic growth during PGMA's term! Kani ra siya tawhana ha, nga official title is Governor of Albay. Ato na i credit tanang nindot nga nabuhat sa atong economy during the term of PGMA to this guy? Di ba ingon mga taga LP nga di kuno maayo economy during PGMA's term?

I disown na lagi dayun. Behind the economic propaganda of GMA is Joey Salceda.

Paita no? Ana diay na ila batasan. Kung motiwalag ka, DAUTON dayun ka.

Give credit where credit is due.

Sige mog pang hambog nga despite PGMA's corruption.. ni maayo atong economy under her administration....

Mao ni siya ang primary driving force being the chief economic adviser ni Arroyo and supposed to be Gibo's economic adviser as well.. pero he's now siding with Noynoy...

    read again his reason why:

Wala ko mo ingon nga bati siya ug nawong or guapo ba na siya. The only thing about that particular picture, which is the first I have seen of this guy, is that it does not look like someone I can trust. Naa man bati ug nawong nga murag trustworthy tan-awon, and I have no problems with them. Naa pud di trustworth tan-awon, pero wa ko mag tig deal nila, not sure if ok sila sa tinuod.

As I said, I don't like to judge a book by its cover, but sometimes your instincts are also right. I don't know how he talks or how he really looks in person or in other photos, but to be honest, kung ma-o ni hitsura sa bank manager, ma intimidate ko mosulod anang bangkoha.
