hope I could still commend USC rather than affirm on what each one discloses here..when I'd be all decided to be part of grad. school in time... maybe summer isn't as busy as the two semesters.

Hangtud karon the same issues gihapon nag exist sa USC? Wala na lang jud improvement?

Ako kay Carolinian ko and this problem already existed then and this was way back in 1986. I can't understand why USC does not have an efficient system. I can remember when I would enroll every sem where I had to go to the fourth floor to get my enrollment form and then had to go to the gym and then the registrar and then look for schedules of the subjects that I needed to enroll for then line us sa cashier na perting grabeha ang naka linya. As in grabe jud kaayo maabtan og 3 to 4 days magpa enroll. One would think that they are one of the oldest schools that they would have their system perfected or even near perfect na lang unta.
