^yung blacklisted ka dba meaning banned naka? do you mean nahagbong sa application or blacklisted? if blacklisted, ngano man if you dont mind?

nakuyawan gud akong mga references pagtawag kay i didnt inform them na ako sila glista kay i thought wala ra.. hehe pero ok raman i've got nothing to hide... nipass nako reqs last monday, hulat nalang ko tawag.. my contract kay april 26 paman kay next week pako effective sa resignation sa akong work karon.. i have 2 temporary substitutes sa reqs, makastart gihapon ko ana? kay may paman to nako gbutang na mupass ko sa kailangan na reqs.

i dont think they are really strict with their background check. yes, its true nga tawagan nila ang people listed as your reference but of course u dont expect these people to say negative things about u. ngano imo man sila ibutang sa imong resume if u feel that they will hinder ur employment instead. no, they dont call schools or previous employment and even if they do, (school) they cant get much info from the registrar's office tungod sa ka busy, dili na sila usually mo intertain sa phone. previous employer, they can call to verify u were employed there but then ang previous employer dili man sad na mo sulti kung unsay reason ni resign or na separate ka sa company, confi mana....to add, kanang we will call u after final interview, wala na madawat. ang kanang we will call u for jo, dawat ka pero pabalikon lang ka
