dude, dock's just RK Launcher : http://www.aqua-soft.org/board/showthread.php?t=24982 (i use the nightly version), it's smoother than Objectdock and it isn't as much of a hog, serves me pretty well.

I'm such a nub. I haven't played around with docks in such a long time.

Won't last long?? what are you talking about? I've been changing themes ever since first StyleXP showed up years ago, now some apps do slow down your system, (WindowFX, And too many widget with Y! Widgets come to mind) but generally skinning apps like StyleXP or Windowblinds (using WB5 now) don't really affect your PC performance.

Vern, haven't been actively looking out for new docks, widgets na gani, just sticking to WB5, RKLauncher, and Topdesk (clone of the Mac's Expose) sometimes I play around with AveDesk / Y! Widgets but not recently. Btw, Topdesk is all kinds of awesome, you should check it out, has problems with games though, I usually turn it off when I play, then turn it back on.

dude i change my desktop once a week! what does desktop have to do with how long the pc will last? are u jelous? seriously people who post their desktops here are cool

here is something different... a screenshot of a dying PC.. this PC is bombarded by AdWare and viruses/virii.. hehehe. i tried 4 different adware blockers and it still has adware.. haha! i'm gonna have to reformat it someday.. so here is a look... you can see the adware in all it's annoying glory!!Â*
