I uploaded some files that you can use to familiarize yourself about how the call center industry works, terminology, and to do's duriing the interview. You can download it and it is for free.

If you think that you already have the stuff to make it, you can PM you name and you mobile phone so that I can refer you to cvg that way both of us can make money using their ERP. we will going to split the money 50-50. NO RESUME okay. Let me also know what time that is convenient for the HR guys to call you.

the thread starter might have forgotten about this. But I guarantee you the training is for free... the catch there is if you qualify for the free training meaning are you trainable? of course if you speak BISAYA carabao english then ExcelAsia won't be offering the free training. But if for example there is a potential in you plus there are some minor lapses then training would be the best option.

Maybe other ExcelAsia people who got hired because of ExcelAsia can not attest to this because they are not istoryans like us.

But go to ExcelAsia find out for yourself - and you will definitely see that it is free training - since it is for free people tend to take it for granted so a 500 "deposit" would be required this 500 pesos WILL BE GIVEN back to you as long as you will follow the conditions.

thanks tenshi for the explanation... my bad,...i forgot the thing that i have posted since i was very busy then....
Anyway, ExcelAsia really offers free call center training to those people who meets the qualifications for the said scholarship. For those who qualify for the scholarship, you will be asked to have a "deposit" of Php 500.00 only which will be refunded at the end of the training whether you get hired with the endorsement or not.
All successful trainees are endorsed to the call center partners of the company.
Basta guys, visit na lang jd mo sa office sa ExcelAsia and you maximize this opportunity!

the 500 pesos is a COMMITMENT bond... because people tend to drop out kay for free siya... naa man gani mo drop sa real college maski na ka bayad na sa full tuition.. so ang 500 is just ur commitment.. promising that you want improvement for urself.. 500 is still a very big amount. but 500 is just 500... the 500 could actually transform your life.. (char) and you definitely get the 500 back. panagang ra na siya in case naay mo tando tando nya dili diay mo daun. diba ma sad ka...?

Five hundred is not free. I suggest you revise your advertisement. You can place an addendum in fine print that applicants who complete the training can get a full refund of their 500.

I was trained at ExcelAsia last December 2008... and I assure you that this training is for free... the 500php that you are talking is required. this is a bond fee that if ever you will not finish the training in 2 weeks time, then it will be theirs to keep. but if you finish the training, whether you land a job in a call center or not, the 500php will be given back to you provided that you will get it within a month or 2 from the day you finished your training. if you will get it after 5 months, you will not be able to get it, because they will get the impression that you don't need the 500 anymore kay wala naman nimo kuhaa daun.

also, even though you trained yourself here. it will not be an assurance that you will actually really land a job in a call center. because it will really be up to the applicant na. Excel Asia will train you to speak and write in English. They will also coach you on how to apply in a call center. but it will still be up to you cause it's not them who will be applying but you.

you will also get a certificate from TESDA as well with this training.

    I hope that naka-gets namo...
