errr..sir..ang green-minded line was a joke..that's why it had this:

i don't tag Gibo for the whole maguindanao incident for....
probably the same reason some of you are not tagging Noynoy to Hacienda Luisita..

some weeks ago i wasn't sure i was voting for Gibo..
but i was sure i wasn't voting for Noynoy..from the very day he accepted LP's offer..
because I had Kris Aquino's statement carved on my mind:

"Ayaw ng Mom ng ganun.."

when asked about LP pushing Noy for the presidential position..
Noy followed his party rather than his Mom's wish...and he will take this as,
utang na loob to LP (and most especially Mar)...which..he will need to pay..eventually...

teodoro is no longer DND secretary, he resigned that post a few days ago. but teodoro was the DND secretary before the maguindanao massacre. teodoro as DND secretary had the power, the resources and the mandate to keep peace and prevent lawlessness specially in mindanao where there is heavy military presence.

the political war between the Ampatuan & Mangudadatu families did not just start on the day of the Maguindanao Massacre, it has been brewing in the area for years, while teodoro was DND secretary.

why did teodoro not do anything about it? if he did his job as DND secretary, the Maguindanao Massacre could have been prevented.

maybe he is blind?

kung si Gibo ang defense minister ato nga time nya naay nangamatay sa maguindanao, dili ba siya nagpasabot nga naay nakapenetrate or disrupt sa internal peace nato? it his job and his department to keep the peace di ba? or unexpected nasad ni nga event? its not a small scale incident, it commands attention from the higher ups
