    Well, you are relaxed as you might say. But then again, it could be with the account you are currently affiliated with at Q. I heard that there are quite challenging accounts there as well which are sad to say "stressful" as well.

    Most of my agents get around 13-24 calls per shift on my current cluster. That should not be so hard to handle hence making this specific situation "relaxed" as well. And yet they still make almost double the money you do at Q.

    Underpaid? I still think so.

    ana man sila nga...minimal ra kuno kaau ang among sayop, as in sa verbal...so they need to re-assess our qualifications, they need us to attend the oral training for 5 days then we will be re evaluated again if madawat na ba daw jud mi XD, basin mo attend nlng ko ani...wala paman sad koy buhaton XD
