how about requiring the SELLER to post his/her head-shot pic for easy identification ..posting of the complete home/business address and contact number must also be mandatory so as to avoid shady deals =)

Security wise i'v notice na grabe na gyud kadaghan newbie nang post sa buy/sell, mao na makaduda ra kaau.
So dili ta ka blame sa uban nga ganahan nga ma implement ni cya.

yeah ryt,rules should be implemented. am a newbie but i agree..daghan na kaayo mangingilad karong panahona,i myself would'nt trust buying goods from fellow newbies..i have read some of the threads, and alotta them were victims of buying defective items. maypa bitaw BUY ra kutob ang newbie.. walay SELL hehehe. that alone is a big priviledge.. but magbantay gihapon kay basin hold-upon lang hehe. asa mo mangita ug inani na site sa cebu..other priviledges should be enjoyed by those people na nagmaintain sa site and active pud. kung maproblema cla ug asa cla kabaligyaan, well they should find other ways to sell their items..ang-ang ug ang mga tao diri ang paproblemahon nila..it's their business, wa man gani mo bahin sa ilang ganansya hehehe maayo unta kung naa percentage ang istorya for every transaction made,nya wala man.. mao na.. proceed with implementing the rules, and as for me..well, PATIENCE is a virtue hehehe saon mao man gyud na ang dapat.

To be implemented:

- Newbies will no longer be able to post a topic under buy / sell. This is to let people value their access on the said boards.
- Buy / Sell subforums will again be visible to the public.
- Premium membership will be introduced. Both to validate sellers / buyers or simply a way of supporting the site. (Details to be posted later)this is a very good development. I support this idea. hope this will be implemented soon.

like sa tipidpc.com, naa sila premium membership for the buyers/sellers, anyways common sense lang sa buy/sell transaction, ask for a valid id pagtransact

i personally think that this section is for the patrons, you know, people who truly care about Istorya.net... newbies still have to prove their worth so that they can enjoy certain privileges...

Well, what can I say? I'm a newbie and because of some (evil) newbies, I cant sell my stuff here, at least not yet. But, as a good and Christian citizen that I am, I submit myself to the law of the land. Better to have a dictator than total anarchy, I always say.

Sayang lang coz naa unta ko baligya na guitar amplifier... ehehehe. Guess I'd just hafto do this the hard way.
