naa man insurance ako car... pero dili ba ilang insurance ang mo bayad ana kay ila man ng sala? plus ako pud medical bills for the examination..

how bout ako loss of income, and additional expenses incurred due to inconvenience caused? (taxi).. ala man gud resibo taxi as proof..

Try to consult with a attorney and also try to tell the Foreign national that you are going to report him to the Bureau Of Immigration.

Try also asking help from CITOM and ask their advice. Sila man jud naghandle mga car accidents. Good to know you have a police report. Show it to them
